Don't look any further — you're in the right place

You're in the right place if you want to build on what you know through new experiences and interesting projects. Join our team!

It wouldn't be the first time 😊

  1. Day one

    Helpdesk intern

  2. A year later

    Project manager

Working at Tomsoft

You'll learn a lot, just not necessarily in a classroom

(Well, we do run internal training too.)

The real source of experience and knowledge is every new implementation: for a customer in a different industry from the last one, or a similar one with completely different processes. And so it goes, project after project:

  • Book production and distribution, from work orders to cost tracking per project
  • Large pallet warehouses
  • Integrations with modern payment systems
  • An amusement park with a number of shops, wristbands and tickets
  • Large retail chains
  • IT companies and product exchanges
  • White goods
  • Projects in neighbouring countries

A lot? Too much? It wouldn't be the first time a helpdesk intern grew into a project manager within a year 😊

We want you to show the best of yourself, and to become even better than you hoped. We know you can, and we'll help you.

The projects we build and implement are dynamic and creative. You can be too!

Where you'll fit in

Everyone finds their own area

We mentor every new team member and guide them in the direction that suits their wishes, abilities and personality, so they can reach their full potential. From there, you grow with the abilities and interests you show.

  • Goods processes and logistics

Goods processes, pallet warehouses and integrations with delivery services.

  • Procurement and distribution

Procurement and optimising the distribution of goods.

  • Accounting and reporting

The challenges of accounting and financial reporting.

  • Documentation

Someone has to write the documentation, too.

  • Training and clients

For those who enjoy running training sessions and working directly with clients.

  • Not sure yet?

Together we'll find the area that suits you best.

And developers?

That's a story of its own…

“You just need to think logically and love programming and solving problems!”

— as our director would say

Technology isn't what matters most. If we don't use a tool you'd like to use right now, who says we won't in the future? We might just take up your suggestion, and the fact that you'd rather work remotely than sit in the office all day.

  • Open to new tools
  • Remote work

Experiences of our employees

In their own words

Nataša ŠušaBusiness solutions implementation

After years in finance and accounting, at everything from small companies to a corporation, I got the chance to be part of a “family” company's team again. Given my experience, I see that as a big advantage: in an environment like this, individual work and effort are valued more. With a friendly atmosphere and an expert team around me, I take on new challenges every day.

As a consultant in the business solutions implementation department, I build on my existing knowledge every day, turn theory into practice, and propose new solutions to improve the whole system.

I also get to pass my knowledge on through user training, and what's more rewarding than seeing the results of your work in other people? Besides the personal satisfaction, it keeps me motivated, especially because my employer recognises my effort.

Petar GodinićSystem administrator

I've been at Tomsoft for just over a year and have nothing but good experiences. I work in technical support, and the job is anything but monotonous or boring. Every day brings new tasks and challenges, so I learn something new. If I get stuck, I can always turn to my mentor or senior colleagues, who have a lot of experience and knowledge. Besides hardware, I work a lot with virtual servers, so I've learned a great deal and progressed in systems administration.

The team is great. We often get together outside work, which I really like, because it isn't all business.

All in all, I'm happy with my job at Tomsoft.

Portrait of Tomislav PaulićTomislav PaulićHead of IT

I joined Tomsoft in 2000 as a system administrator. Years of learning, improving and growing followed, and management recognised the effort: I was promoted to head of the IT department.

How far the company has come is clear from the fact that there were only four of us at the start, while today we have 26 employees and several students. The atmosphere is motivating and active; we adopt new technologies and sharpen our knowledge and skills every day. Over the years I've often mentored new employees and students, and I've always tried to pass on my knowledge well so new team members could find their feet.

Our main job is providing technical support to customers, and their satisfaction is extra motivation. As more and more customers move their business to the cloud, the growing workload in that area calls for new experts.

Andrej UgarkovićSales assistant

After almost five years at a leading telecom operator, I decided to change jobs and try sales at a smaller company, and I'd like to share that experience with you. I'd moved through several roles there, from residential customer service to sales assistant for medium-sized business customers, but I wasn't happy: most of the time it felt like nobody cared about you, and colleagues came and went almost daily. Joining Tomsoft in sales felt like a relief and gave me a real sense of security. Here I'm in touch with most of my colleagues every day, and things get solved almost instantly, to the customer's satisfaction. There aren't five or more managers whose answer you have to wait days for while someone decides whether something can be done: you make one call and get on with it, the customer gets what they want in record time, and everyone's happy.

From day one, all my colleagues have been incredibly kind and always ready to help. Nothing has changed since: there are no cliques like in a big corporation, and everyone treats you as an equal, even when you're new. I have to admit I'm really happy here and wouldn't leave of my own accord. It's one of the rare companies today where you feel content at work, where you don't have to worry whether your salary will be paid, or whether you'll be told tomorrow that you're no longer needed, as I used to worry before.
