Services
With you from day one.
Implementation, training, support, cloud and backup: everything Luceed needs to run reliably, from the same team. We also register .hr domains.
Implementation
We pave the way for your processes.
When Luceed is implemented at a new customer, our specialists lay down the paths that each of your business processes will follow.
Implementation is where you get the most out of your new tool.
- 01
Together with you
Implementation is an excellent opportunity to go through every part of your business together.
- 02
Built on experience
Drawing on previous projects, we optimise each individual business segment.
- 03
More efficient, lower cost
The result is greater efficiency and lower costs in the long run.
Training
Get everything out of Luceed.
A new tool is only as good as the people using it. That is why training goes hand in hand with implementation, and guides are always at hand.
Staff training
Training is part of implementation: your team learns to work in Luceed on the processes we set up together.
Guides inside Luceed
Detailed user guides are available right inside Luceed, where you work.
Written and video guides
Additional written and video guides for specific processes and situations.
Support
We’re here when you need us.
Once you go live, our support team takes over. Your e-mails and phone calls are logged immediately and assigned to staff according to the area they concern.
Cloud
Luceed in the cloud.
Putting your ERP system in the cloud solves the problem of servers, backup and remote locations in one go.
- No investment in your own infrastructure (servers, server room, maintenance, IT specialists…)
- Server use with data hosting included (database backup)
- Access and simultaneous work for an unlimited number of users
- Quick activation
- Safe and reliable operation
Solved in one go
- Servers
- Backup
- Remote locations
We keep up with modern technology for you.
Backup
Data loss doesn’t only happen to “someone else”.
A very small investment can prevent a disaster.
A backup is probably the single most important element of any business: losing your data is not something you should ever have to think about, especially today, when everything is stored on computers. To keep your data safe and always available, back it up.
There are two kinds of data: data that has been lost, and data that hasn’t been lost yet.
Options
Backup to your own servers or to Tomsoft servers
Real-time database backup (replication)
Backups at regular intervals
Collecting data from multiple locations
