Procuring new equipment for a new product and greater competitiveness at Tomsoft
New equipment (hardware and software) and design solutions for a new product, co-funded by the European Regional Development Fund under the E-impuls call.

About the project
With the successful award and signing of the grant agreement between the Ministry of Economy, Entrepreneurship and Crafts, the Croatian Agency for SMEs, Innovations and Investments and Tomsoft d.o.o., implementation began on the project “Procuring new equipment for a new product and greater competitiveness at Tomsoft”. The project was submitted in September 2016 to the E-impuls call for proposals, funded by the European Regional Development Fund.
The project covered installing new equipment (hardware and software) and integrating the design solutions needed to produce a new product with an identified potential market, along with targeted marketing measures. The project was set to expand the company’s business and add a new product to its range, which leads not only to preserving existing jobs but also to new employment.
The main goal of the project was not only to improve Tomsoft’s business and competitiveness, but also the business of all of its clients, who benefit from the final product of this investment. In a wider sense this contributes to the economic development of the Republic of Croatia, so the EU funds invested in this project pay off many times over.
